Thank you to Dr P.P. Faulkner, the staff of Fieldhead Surgery and of Ward 11 at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, the Barton MND Carers, the District Nurses, Gateway and Dr A Graham for their care and kindness and to Rev Doreen Hopkinson for her visit and comforting Service, also to Lisa and staff at Milnsbridge Socialist Club.
